Orders placed before 2:00 PM will be delivered within 2 working days, subject to stock availability. (Sundays and public holidays excluded. Delivery dates will be postponed accordingly.)

For orders after 2:00 PM requiring next two business day delivery, please contact us for additional charges.

**Out-of-Service Areas:
Lamma Island, Cheung Chau, Peng Chau, restricted areas, and other excluded regions. Confirm delivery coverage via WhatsApp (9277 1277) or WeChat customer service before ordering.

All items remain refrigerated during transit. Delays may occur due to traffic/order volume.

Free pickup for orders of HK$350 or above.
A HK$50 handling fee applies for orders under HK$350.
After order confirmation, we will arrange packing and notify you via WhatsApp/call to schedule pickup.

Delivery Arrangement

  • After your order has been accepted, our distribution department will collect all your items from our warehouse and contact you via WhatsApp or phone call when all items are available and ready to be delivered.
  • Please inspect all your ordered items right in front of our delivery driver upon delivery. You should take photos or video clips and notify us immediately in case of any breakages, missing item(s), or wrong item(s).
  • The estimated time of delivery is just an estimate, our delivery driver shall contact you within 30 minutes to 1 hour before delivery to confirm delivery time.  Please ensure someone is available to receive your package within the agreed timeslot.
  • In case of safety concerns, our delivery driver has trouble delivering your Good(s) to your designated address, the delivery driver will have to hand over your Good(s) at your building's lobby or roadside. Please accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may have caused.

 

Express Delivery

  • If you want to place an order and arrange delivery on the same day, an additional delivery charge will be incurred, please contact us for pricing details.
  • Same-day delivery requires payment in advance before delivery arrangements.
  • Customers must complete the order and payment before 2:00 p.m.  Please take a photo or make a scan of the successful transfer receipt via ATM, bank counter, or online banking together with your order number and message us via WhatsApp: +852 9277 1277

 

Special Delivery Arrangement

  • Delivery service may be altered due to seasonal factors ( e.g. special promotional events ) and festive periods.  Scheduled delivery will not be available.
  • If there is no elevator available at your building, please receive your delivery at your building's lobby or ground floor.
  • Areas such as villages where trucks are prohibited from entering, or if the walking distance to your address is more than 1km, or requires a walking time of more than 10 mins, please receive your delivery at the entrance of your village.
  • Your Good(s) will be delivered right to your doorstep. Please note the service does not extend to unpacking your package or entering your home or premises.  Therefore, we shall not be liable for any loss or damage incurred inside your home or premises during delivery service.
  • It is your responsibility to inform us immediately of any change to your delivery address or preferred delivery timeslot after placing an order in order to avoid missed delivery.

 

Inclement Weather Delivery Arrangement

Delivery service may be delayed or suspended if red / black rainstorm warning is in force, typhoon signal no. 8 or above is hoisted, or any other inclement weather conditions which make delivery unsafe, we shall contact you as soon as we can to reschedule the delivery date and time.


** All Good(s) are kept in a refrigerated vehicle during delivery.
