CookCook Land's golden breaded Japan Kagoshima Purple Yam Chestnut Croquette filled with purple yam and diced chestnut. Particularly suitable for air-frying.
Cooking Methods :
- Deep-fry : heat oil to 180°C, deep-fry the Japan Kagoshima Purple Yam Chestnut Croquette for 4~5 minutes until it turns golden brown
- Bake : Preheat oven to 200°C for 10 minutes, bake the Japan Kagoshima Purple Yam Chestnut Croquette for 20~25 minutes, and flip the croquette over halfway through the baking time
