This Spanish Octopus has a beautiful dark cherry colour with pure white flesh. The meat has a fine firm bite with a very moist and meaty texture.
It is pleasant and fresh but a sprinkling of salt or smoked Paprika does help bring out the sea-fresh flavours. ensuring a delicate and succulent flavour with every bite.

Cooking Methods
Microwave:
Remove the octopus tentacle from the packaging while chilled and slice.
Microwave on high (900W) for 2-3 minutes.
Toss with sweet paprika, salt, and olive oil before serving.
Roasting:
Remove the octopus tentacle from the packaging.
Add garlic slices and bay leaves, then roast at 180°C for 25 minutes.
Increase to 220°C for 3-4 minutes until charred. Finish with lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Hot Water Bath:
Submerge the sealed package in boiling water for 5 minutes.
Remove the tentacle, slice, and dress with sweet paprika, salt, and olive oil.
