Beher was founded in 1930 and is a globally renowned brand of Iberico pork, having received multiple international awards. The Spanish Black Iberian pork ribs come from Iberico pigs and are known for their unique flavor and versatility (grilling, boiling, roasting). This pork is tender and juicy, with a special aroma, a balanced fat-to-lean ratio, and even fat distribution, offering an excellent taste. Due to its even fat distribution and rich flavor, it provides an exceptionally enjoyable experience and is considered the "Wagyu" of pork!

1.  Defrost in the refrigerator one day before eating. After defrosting, lightly rinse the chicken, pat dry with a kitchen towel, and let it sit at room temperature for 30 minutes.  
2.  Evenly coat the chicken with Char Siu sauce, then marinate for at least 45 minutes.
3.  Preheat the oven to 220°C. Roast for 10 minutes, then remove and turn over. Roast for another 10 minutes.
4.  Brush maltose syrup on both sides of the chicken, then bake for 7 minutes.
5.  Remove from the oven and brush maltose syrup on both sides again. The dish is now ready.
