Each abalone matures naturally over 8-10 years. Our -28°C ultra-low IQF flash-freezing technology captures the essence of their emerald-green shells and plump muscles, yielding sashimi-grade flesh with marble-like texture and explosive flavour: mineral brine collides with fresh oyster sweetness, culminating in a nutty-buttery finish—an oceanic sigh.

Harvested under the Australian Wild Abalone (AWA) Gold Certification and federal EPBC Act sustainable fisheries standards, with zero added hormones or antibiotics.

Nutritionally potent: contains 300% more DHA than salmon and heart-protecting selenium, delivering 24g of pure protein per 100g.
