Tasting Note :  * A clean, deep and beautiful garnet colour and intense  aromas of plums and cherries Vanilla taste, evidence of its aging in oak.  On the palate, eruptions of fruit flavours allow its finish to   reveal structure and elegance. 

Pair with Food : Red Meat, Bolognese & Risotto
