We provide online shopping services via the internet, along with convenient delivery options. By using the Website or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. 1.1 You may choose to shop as a guest; however, registration as a member simplifies future shopping, enabling you to browse more easily, enjoy various discounts, and reduce the amount of information needed for each purchase.

1.3 When registering, you must:  

• (i) Provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information;
• (ii) Safeguard your username and password after registration;
• (iii) We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue legal actions if we reasonably suspect any falsified, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete information.
  1.4 Please notify us immediately of any changes to your details to ensure we can contact you effectively.

2. Shopping and Pricing
2.1 All product prices are as shown at checkout. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are listed in Hong Kong dollars.
2.2 Our system will send an email confirming receipt of your order to your registered email address. This email does not constitute a delivery promise.
2.3 We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for reasons including, but not limited to:  

• (i) Insufficient stock of the ordered items;
• (ii) Pricing errors due to human or computer mistakes;
• (iii) Inability to arrange delivery at the chosen time or location.
  2.4 Prices for products may be changed without prior notice.
  2.5 We reserve the right to refuse to sell any products to anyone, including members.

3. Payment
3.1 We accept credit cards (VISA, MasterCard), PayPal, FPS (Faster Payment System), or bank transfers. Unless specified, all orders are settled in Hong Kong dollars.
3.2 We use third-party payment services for online transactions. When you check out, you agree that your credit card information will be collected, processed, and retained by the payment provider.
3.3 You agree and accept that we are not responsible for any loss incurred from using your credit card or during the payment process.
3.4 We do not store or collect your credit card details.
3.5 We reserve the right to change payment methods without prior notice.

4. Delivery Service
4.1 Orders over HKD 500 (after discounts and promotions) qualify for free delivery (to a single delivery address). Orders below HKD 500 will incur a HKD 50 delivery fee (to a single address).
4.2 No deliveries on Sundays or public holidays.
4.3 Delivery does not include areas such as Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre, airports, container terminals, logistics companies/centers, warehouses, hotels, or reception areas.
4.4 Delivery will be suspended during typhoon signal No. 8 or above, red or black rainstorm warning, or other emergencies such as severe traffic congestion. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date.
4.5 We will do our best to deliver on your preferred date but cannot guarantee delivery within a specific time slot.
4.6 You agree that our third-party courier may deliver products to your designated address. Please sign for receipt on the delivery note to confirm you have received the correct items. Once the products are delivered to you, ownership and risk transfer to you, and we are no longer responsible for them.

5. Refunds and Exchanges
Once you sign for and receive the products, you confirm that the items match your order. We reserve the right to refuse any requests for returns or exchanges.

(i) All information (hereinafter referred to as "data") on our website or any part of it is accurate, complete, or reliable;
(ii) Access to our website or any part of it will be uninterrupted, reliable, or free of faults;
